• preferred experience in customer service;
• excellent Latvian language skills (both spoken and written);
• good knowledge of English (spoken), knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
• knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• excellent communication skills;
• the ability to effectively plan work time and handle non-standard situations;
• ability to work both independently and in a team

• preparing HR documentation and implementing HR processes (hiring and dismissal processes);
• preparing various reports and summaries;
• communication with employees regarding salaries, vacations, sick leaves;
• communication with clients regarding employees and new orders.
