- Salary starting from €2200 gross/monthly + yearly bonus;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00;

No Jums sagaidām
- bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field;
- proven experience in industrial manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles;
- understanding of process control systems, statistical process control, and Six Sigma methodologies;
- good problem-solving skills to address process technical issues;
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- coaching and training skills;
- good Latvian and English language skills.

- designing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems;
- identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste;
- developing and implementing process control strategies to maintain product quality and consistency;
- conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for manufacturing issues;
- developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures;
- participating in new product development and implementation projects.
