We are looking for your application!
- salary starting from 1800 - €2200 gross/monthly;
- working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00;

Sagaidām
- engineering or bachelor’s degree in electronic science or a related specialty is required;
- experience or knowledge of electronics manufacturing would be an advantage;
- an interest and understanding of PCBA manufacturing, methods, and process technologies;
- experience using quality measurement instruments and methods (FMEA, PCP, ROOT CAUSE) considered as a benefit;
- knowledge of IPC 610 standard and basic knowledge of soldering considered as a benefit;
- flexibility and strong willingness to learn new skills every day;
- good Latvian and English language skills;
- experienced user of MS Office software.
Uzticēsim
- ensuring the quality of the products;
- capability to read electronic schematics, technical drawings, and have a good understanding of them;
- creating and maintaining company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, and maintaining product samples (master/golden/reference samples) where applicable;
- contributing to and actively participating in new product implementation;
- communicating with other involved parties to solve electronic product quality-related issues;
- openly discussing and challenging cross-functional teams during RCA and improvement actions.
