On behalf of our client - the technology company Smart Cooling, specializing in the manufacturing of industrial and mission-critical cooling systems, we are inviting a professional to join the team as: Project Supervisor Installation Command.
This is a responsible and dynamic role for a professional who is capable of leading installation processes at international project sites and taking full ownership of execution - from installation through to commissioning and final handover.

Sagaidām
- minimum 3 years of experience in project management and execution;
- practical experience in project management with the ability to handle projects, as well as understanding of international communication, particularly when collaborating with large EPC contractors on major construction sites;
- previous experience in HVAC;
- ability to lead teams in high-pressure and high-intensity environments;
- strong understanding of technical drawings and documentation;
- experience in direct on-site communication with clients;
- high level of responsibility and execution discipline;
- strong organizational and reporting skills;
- fluent English;
- willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (business trips may last up to 3 months).
Uzticēsim
- lead and coordinate the on-site installation of industrial cooling and adiabatic systems;
- organize and supervise installation teams and subcontractors;
- communicate directly with clients, EPC contractors, and site management;
- ensure adherence to project timelines and milestone achievement;
- ensure installation works strictly comply with technical documentation;
- monitor safety, quality, and compliance standards;
- prepare structured progress and performance reports;
- resolve technical and logistical issues promptly and effectively;
- coordinate material deliveries and site readiness;
- prepare projects for commissioning and final handover.
