- The recommendation is valid only if, at the time it is submitted, the referred individual is not already involved in the recruitment process (i.e., has not been invited for an interview, has not started a medical check-up, and has not signed an employment contract) and is not currently employed by BIURO.
- If a candidate is referred by multiple individuals, the reward will be granted to the person who submitted the recommendation first.
- A referral reward will be granted only if the referred candidate is hired within six months of the date the recommendation was submitted.
- The “Refer a Friend” program does not apply to employment through www.workis.online.
The personal data of the recommended person will be used to contact them and provide services based on our legitimate interest. Your (the recommender’s) personal data will be processed based on your consent, so we can indicate you as the source of the recommendation when contacting the recommended person. By clicking the “Recommend a Friend” button, you agree to the processing of the personal data you provided in the form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing dpo@biuro.eu. All personal data provided in the form will be stored for six months. For more detailed information, please refer to the “Personal Data Processing Policy.”

- the information provided in the form is correct, accurate, and complete;
